Map the Layout
Use DEQ records, location work and accessible components to understand the existing field.
Look for Warning Signs
Document odors, surfacing wastewater, soft ground and uneven distribution. Note the weather and water-use pattern.
Review Equipment
Assess relevant pumps, alarms, boxes and pressure distribution within the agreed inspection scope.
Check Site Changes
Compare additions, new driveways, fill and drainage changes with the approved layout and replacement area.
Report the Limits
Explain what was observed and what needs further exposure, testing or agency review. An inspection is not a performance guarantee.
